You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery
for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if a retail order or the return is
a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
In the event you don't like the mat upon receipt, you can exchange an open item for another mat within 7 days and we will pay the return shipping. No one does that. We may pay return shipping on wholesale orders (new, unopened) returned within 30 days, but it is on a case per case basis. After 30 days, new and unopened items can be returned up to 90 days for a full refund, but we will not pay return shipping fees.
