Our Sunshine Yoga® Just Right Round Yoga Bolster measures 28"L x 9"H and weighs 6.2 lbs. It is firm and offers excellent support. It is made of 100% cotton and has a removable cover that is easy to wash. It's a given when you do yoga that you need to have a yoga mat, but yoga bolsters will become a favorite prop once you have experienced how they benefit your workout. Also known as yoga cushions, bolsters provide much needed support during restorative yoga poses, meditation or prenatal yoga. 

Care Instructions: Wash the cover in cold and tumble dry low

    Bought a bunch of these bolsters for a yoga studio TV set on a series and these are so well made! The stitching on the ends is strong, firm stuffing. The company was so accommodating in getting these out to me quickly.

    Wonderful product, great company! This is the perfect size for so many poses. I am really starting to appreciate props so much more. It is a little stiff at first but once you settle in, it provides great support. Nice color & I love that the cover is removable. Shipping was lightening fast & all items arrived in great condition. Plus, I think these are identical to the ones my studio uses, so I feel connected even though I am at home. Highly recommend & will pass this company's name on to my fellow yogis!

    This is a nice firm bolster good for restorative practice. But for a petite person like me, it is not a particularly useful prop for regular practice.

    This bolster is of excellent quality. Well made, firm, with a nice cover. However, for me, the bolster was too large, long and firm for my Iyengar practice. I measured and weighed the bolster and it is 31" long, with elliptical diameter 9" x 11", and weight of 8.5 lbs. I will keep to lie on for restorative postures, but I am not flexible enough for spine on bolster with sacrum on the floor with this bolster.

    I buy these to sell at my yoga studio. Sunshine used to carry a different large bolster that I liked a lot. This new version is heavy, lumpy and smells horrible when you first open it. Very disappointing.

    We love these bolsters from Sunshine Yoga. We bought 40 new bolsters for our studio and everyone raved about them and the beautiful colors of the covers. They are large and firm, so if you are looking for a small or squishy bolster, this one is not for you. They seem well-made and are holding up well so far at the studio with lots of use.
