Shipping Information:
Orders placed before 1 PM EST M-F are normally shipped the same day.
You can calculate shipping costs before completing your order by adding the items to the cart, adding your zip code in the shipping calculator box (located just below the shopping cart), and selecting apply. We currently do not ship internationally.
We only charge sales tax for orders placed from North Carolina. If you are a tax exempt NC Organization, just e-mail us and we will help you order tax exempt.
To keep prices low, our minimum order is $10.
We ship within the continental United States, to Canada, to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS and Fedex. We are sorry but we no longer ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We were having too many lost packages. Please use the shipping quote tool on checkout page for a shipping quote.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Defective / Damaged In Transit – In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item or are dissatisfied with a product after opening the product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will provide a prepaid return authorization tag and replace the item at no charge.
Non-opened items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following:
The item must be in the original manufacturers packaging. - We do not reimburse shipping charges. - Please include your order/invoice number on the outside of the package.

Credits will be issued to the same credit card account. If you used a check or money order to make your payment, your refund will be mailed within 14 days by company check.
Wholesale Pricing
We offer wholesale pricing on most items starting with a low minimum order of 12 pieces. You can mix colors and still get the volume discounts. Wholesale pricing is listed on the product pages and the shopping cart automatically calculates the wholesale price.
