Sunshineyoga.com products are intended for individual use as any physical exercise such as yoga and/or Pilates is an individual experience. Users should note that not all exercise programs are suitable for everyone and that taking part in any or all of the products and/or services offered by sunshineyoga.com can result in injury if not performed properly.
Sunshineyoga.com makes no medical claims in regards to products and/or services offered. As with any exercise program, you should consult your personal physician before starting. Only those deemed medically able by their personal physicians should participate in exercise and thus use the products and/or services offered by sunshineyoga.com.
If at any time during your use of any of the sunshineyoga.com products and/or services you feel pain you are urged to stop immediately. Should pain persist you should seek immediate medical attention. To lessen the chances of potential injury, never willingly force or strain your body during any of the exercises you perform.
If you are a woman who is menstruating or pregnant, consult with your personal physician before using any of the sunshineyoga.com products and/or services. sunshineyoga.com products and/or services are not intended for children or personas under the age of 10 without adult supervision. None of our products are toys and should not be used by children under 5 years old. Always use under adult supervision.
User is responsible for keeping any and all equipment purchased clean and functional. Do not continue using equipment should any piece become slippery as this will increase your risk of injury.
Sunshineyoga.com and all its employees hereby make this waiver of disclaimer against any liabilities incurred due to the use of any of the products and/or services sold. By purchasing any of the products and/or services sold herein you agree to these terms and acknowledge that such use is done at your own risk.
Ordering Information
Ordering is easy and secure through our online shopping cart. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click the checkout button to place your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after order is placed; with the exception of orders placed after 2PM on Friday through Sunday; during busier times of the year, this turnaround time may be longer. A confirmation email is sent once your order submitted. When your order is shipped, you will receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation. We currently only ship the the continental United States. We currently do not ship internationally.
We use USPS or Smartpost for packages under 7 lbs. We use either USPS or FedEx Ground for all other packages. Unless specified, we determine the shipping method based on the most economically efficient shipping method for your package. If you prefer FedEx Ground, this can be chosen at checkout for an additional cost. (FedEx Ground does not ship to P.O. Boxes so please make sure a physical street address is listed in your ship to information.)
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Defective / Damaged In Transit – In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item or are dissatisfied with a product after opening the product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will provide a prepaid return authorization tag and replace the item at no charge.
Non-opened items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following:
The item must be in the original manufacturers packaging. - We do not reimburse shipping charges. - Please include your order/invoice number on the outside of the package.

Credits will be issued to the same credit card account. If you used a check or money order to make your payment, your refund will be mailed within 14 days by company check.

Wholesale Pricing
We are not responsible for pricing mistakes and reserve the right to cancel orders and refund your money. We offer wholesale pricing on most items starting with a low minimum order of 12 pieces. You can mix colors and still get the volume discounts. Wholesale pricing is listed on the product pages and the shopping cart automatically calculates the wholesale price.
