Our Sunshine Yoga® Just Right Round Yoga Bolster measures 28"L x 9"H and weighs 6.2 lbs. It is firm and offers excellent support. It is made of 100% cotton and has a removable cover that is easy to wash. It's a given when you do yoga that you need to have a yoga mat, but yoga bolsters will become a favorite prop once you have experienced how they benefit your workout. Also known as yoga cushions, bolsters provide much needed support during restorative yoga poses, meditation or prenatal yoga. 

Care Instructions: Wash the cover in cold and tumble dry low

    I am starting my own small yoga class at a friends business location. I needed a small amount of bolsters and I am always happy to get the great pricing even when I only need 7 compared to 70 other larger companies order. Then, add in a GREAT quality, very dense and long bolster. I am also happy that it is not as thick as some can be making it harder for some of my clients with shorter legs to get comfortable. Thank you!

    I thought I was getting the larger size, so I was a bit disappointed when it arrived. However, it's still a great bolster -firm and good quality!

    Amazing...they arrived in a few days. I ordered 7 for a class I teach with seniors. They are perfect. We have used them for restorative poses and the ladies love them. They are firm, easy to manage and great support. I could hear sighs of joy throughout the entire class.

    I am very pleased with this Bolster. The cover is made of high quality material, the zipper is sturdy and makes easy to remove the cover to wash, and I appreciate that both ends have carrying loops. I also appreciate being able to buy just once
