This towel is absorbent, soft, doesn’t slip, and it doesn’t need to be pre-dampened. Great value!

If you’ve ever slid around on your yoga mat and feared an imminent collapse, you need this towel! Working up a sweat on the mat (or if your palms just tend to run a little sweaty) can make it harder to hold certain poses. This yoga towel makes all the difference when I’m trying to keep my form in downward dog. I’m a big-time slider in this pose and I never realized how much a high-quality yoga towel could actually help, especially when you spritz it with a little water. I’ll be honest --- I used the towel as a makeshift blanket during Savasana because I was cold but too Zenned out to get up and get my blanket. It did the trick!

This is probably my favorite mat towel ever. The texture, weight and stitching around the border all give it a high-quality look and feel. It has a slightly coarse texture that helps to keep your hands in place, yet did not have that synthetic feel. It also did not shift much during jump-back chaturangas and other quick moves, which is a big plus.

My other micro fiber yoga towel feels scratchy and uncomfortable. This one feels nice. It is also wide and has good seams. I like the Mount Adams logo too.
