Our Yoga club furnishes these bolsters to members during sessions. I bought two for home use because they are so helpful for relieving my back pain when used with blocks. High grade materials and made well. Very pleased with my purchase.

Hi! We just opened a yoga studio in Chicago and stocked our studio with these bolsters. We bought the purple ones and the color matches the image on the website. Very firm. Thank you!

    Flat Bolster

Bolster is a great quality, but it is a little small as it is narrow. I wouldn't think this the best option for a normal sized man. However, for a smaller sized frame, it works great to support the spine or even for pranyama and meditation practices. I prefer flat bolsters for those practices.
