The Upward Fit® Exercise Mat, 72” x 24” x ½”, is known for its wear resistance and extra cushioning. Made from sturdy foam that's both lightweight and durable, this mat provides reliable performance and stands up to daily workouts. The extra thickness provides cushioning for sensitive or injured joints. The textured surface with a non-slip design keeps you in place during any workout. True to its name, this mat is ideal for yoga, Pilates, and floor exercises. Made with NBR closed-cell foam and free of latex and phthalates.

Care Instructions: To clean your mat, wipe down with a 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar. Let the yoga mat air dry completely before rolling it back up
