The Mount Adams® Range Yoga Mat, 72” x 24” x ½”, is known for its wear resistance and extra cushioning. Made from cushioned TPE that's both lightweight and durable, this mat provides reliable performance and stands up to daily workouts. The extra thickness provides cushioning for sensitive or injured joints. The textured surface with a non-slip design keeps you in place during any workout. True to its name, this mat is ideal for yoga, Pilates, and floor exercises. Made with high quality dense TPE and free of latex and phthalates.

Care Instructions: To clean your mat, wipe down with a 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar. Let the yoga mat air dry completely before rolling it back up
