Sunshine Yoga proudly accepts Purchase Orders from qualified organizations.

Eligible Organizations

We currently accept Purchase Orders from:

• Public and private schools
• Colleges and universities
• Hospitals and healthcare organizations
• Government agencies
• YMCAs
• Nonprofit organizations

Organizations not listed above must contact us for approval before submitting a Purchase Order.

Minimum Purchase Order Amount

The minimum order amount for Purchase Orders is $200.

How to Submit a Purchase Order

Please send your completed Purchase Order by email to:

Please include the following information on your Purchase Order:

• Organization name and billing address
• Shipping address
• Contact name, phone number, and email address
• Purchase Order number
• Product names, quantities, colors, and item numbers
• Authorized billing amount
• Any required delivery instructions or deadlines

Incomplete Purchase Orders may require additional processing time.

Tax-Exempt Orders

If your organization is tax-exempt, please attach a valid tax-exemption certificate when emailing your Purchase Order.

The certificate must include the organization’s legal name and match the billing information listed on the Purchase Order. Tax-exempt status must be verified before the order is processed.

If a valid certificate is not provided, applicable sales tax may be added to the order.

Order Approval and Availability

All Purchase Orders are subject to approval, product availability, and verification of the organization’s billing information.

Submitting a Purchase Order does not guarantee inventory or reserve merchandise. If your order requires a specific product, quantity, or color by a particular date, please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipping outside the contiguous United States or requiring freight, expedited delivery, or special handling.
