Although we do not offer free shipping, we do offer the lowest prices on the internet and discounted shipping. We charge you at and often below our shipping cost.
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after order is placed; with the exception of orders placed after 2:00PM EST on Friday through Sunday; during busier times of the year, this turnaround time may be longer. A confirmation email is sent once your order is submitted. When your order is shipped, you will receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation. We currently only ship to the continental United States for online orders. We also can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, but these orders are subject to additional shipping fees. We use USPS or FedEx Smartpost for packages under 7 lbs. We use either USPS or FedEx Ground for all other packages. Unless specified, we determine the shipping method based on the most economically efficient shipping method for your package. If you prefer FedEx Ground, this can be chosen at checkout for an additional cost. (FedEx Ground does not ship to P.O. Boxes so please make sure a physical street address is listed in your ship to information.)
Once the order is processed and shipped, value shipping transit times are between 3-8 business days. FedEx Ground transit times are between 3-5 business days.
Our complete product line is shipped from Charlotte, NC. Our Hello Fit Mat line, Hello Fit strap line, mat rolls, and a few other products are also shipped from Las Vegas for shorter West Coast transit times (as fast as 1 business day shipping to LA). If an order contains only products available in Las Vegas, it will be shipped from Las Vegas. If the order has any products that are not available in the Las Vegas warehouse, it will be shipped from Charlotte. You can contact us if you have any questions.
We currently only ship to Canada (starting March 2018). We do not ship to any other countries at this time. Ordering online to Canada is not available. Please contact us for a shipping quote at email@example.com.
Although expedited shipping is not our usual practice, we understand that situations arise where expedited shipping may be necessary. Any requests for expedited shipments must be submitted by 1:00PM EST in order for your order to be processed and additionally billed. We will make our best effort to get out all express shipments but cannot guarantee shipment. We reserve the right tol charge up to an additional 10% expedite fee for all expedited shipments. Any requests received after this time will be sent via our regular shipping method or taken care of as soon as possible.
