The Mount Adams® Rectangular Yoga Bolster with Cinch Cover is a studio-quality prop designed to offer excellent firmness and support in a smaller, more manageable size. Measuring 24"L x 5"H x 10"W and weighing 6 lbs., this bolster is ideal for restorative yoga, meditation, and prenatal poses. The inner core is made from cotton batting, while the outer cover is a soft cotton-Lycra® blend with a cinch-tie closure for easy removal and washing.

When you need something slightly smaller than our Deluxe Rectangular Bolster, this Mount Adams® 24" bolster delivers the ideal balance of comfort and support. It’s firm enough to provide reliable structure for a wide range of restorative poses, yet soft to the touch thanks to the removable cotton-Lycra® cover.
Whether you're deepening your stretches, relaxing in savasana, or meditating, this bolster will become a staple in your practice. The cinch-tie cover allows for quick removal and washing, and the internal batting can be adjusted to your preference.
