Our Sunshine Yoga® Deluxe Rectangle Yoga Bolster measures 24"L x 6"H x 12"W and weighs 9 lbs. It is firm and offers excellent support. It is made of 100% cotton and has a removable cover that is easy to wash. It's a given when you do yoga that you need to have a yoga mat, but yoga bolsters will become a favorite prop once you have experienced how they benefit your workout. Also known as yoga cushions, bolsters provide much needed support during restorative yoga poses, meditation or prenatal yoga.

Firm Yoga Bolster-purple
Feb 5th 2021Nice quality for sure. The firm is really firm which is not an issue- used to that at the yoga studio. The 4 star is for the thickness of the pillow- more substantial and heavier than expected. I plan to see if a bit of the stuffing can be removed.
