Mount Adams Mid-Size Rectangular Yoga Bolster – Zippered: Firm Cotton Bolster with Handles
Once you've used a bolster, you won't want to practice without one. The Mount Adams Mid-Size Bolster gives you firm, steady support for restorative poses, meditation, prenatal yoga, and gentle stretching, so you can relax deeper into each pose. It's slightly smaller than our Large Rectangular Bolster, which makes it easier to carry and store, without giving up firmness.

Care Instructions
Unzip and remove the cover, machine wash cold, and tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not wash the filling.
