EVA Foam Yoga Blocks – 10 Pack: Lightweight 3in Blocks for Gentle Practice

Simple, soft, and affordable. These 3in EVA foam blocks have a soft, supportive feel that's ideal for gentle stretches, seated postures, and basic modifications. They're lightweight and easy to carry, organize, and stack, which makes them an affordable way to stock a beginner class, a teacher training, or a home practice.

Please note: These blocks have a softer feel and are not firm enough for advanced balance poses or for supporting your full body weight. For standing and balance work, choose one of our firmer blocks.
